June 2018 Walk/Ride Day Newsletter
Hello Green Streets friends!
Happy summer travels and stay-cations! Friday, June 29 is Walk/Ride Day! Check-in your commute any day from Monday, June 25 through Monday, July 9 to enter the raffle & redeem retail rewards. (You can always check-in again to modify; the last version is the one that is recorded!)
June Walk/Ride Day Theme: Bus Travel
With extensive route coverage to cities and rural areas in New England and beyond, the bus is a cheap and green way to travel long distance in the summer. (Read Wanderu's guest post about this on our website!) It's also a great place to start a conversation with a stranger - a scientifically proven mood-booster. Check out "How to Start a Conversation with Someone on the Train, Bus, or Subway" for some tips! Don't see the bus route you want? Start your own on Skedaddle!
