Information Use

What personal information does Green Streets collect about me?

We collect basic information from a social media release form you submit at the time we conduct your interview. This data includes, in addition to your interview, your name, work and home address, email address, and workplace. We also record information when you contact us.

How does Green Streets use information about me?

We use your information for the primary purpose of tracking commuter behavior and running the Corporate Challenge. Your location data helps us understand where our participants are from and how far they travel. Your information also makes possible the selection of corporate and individual winners for recognition.

Does Green Streets share my information with third parties?

Your personal information is never shared with organizations outside of Green Streets (except for limited information with your employer unless you request that we do not). We sometimes share aggregated (“anonymized”) information with select third parties who have an interest in commuting behavior and the responses to the Questions of the Month.
