Mindfulness Walk at Agawam River Trail - WAREHAM (Slow-Paced Sensory Walk)
Fall back, Spring forward! The changing of the clocks can be a rough time for adjustment just as we felt we were getting into the groove of the new season. So join The Wareham Land Trust on Wednesday, November 4th, for a walk at Agawam River Trail led by Wareham Land Trust Community Coordinator Julia Ledo focused on giving us time to reattune our senses and find step with this new daily rhythm.
This walk will be at a slow pace with stops for sensory prompts and mindful movement along the route. This walk will cover approximately a half a mile of flat, sandy trails.
This event is FREE but space is limited!
Parking is available at the end of Knowles Ave, Wareham, MA.
