Century Training Series #7 of 8 - CTTC Metric (63 miles)

The seventh installment of an eight-part Century Training Series, this metric century ride covers 63 miles and is designed to help cyclists build endurance in preparation for a full century event. Starting from Lincoln Sudbury High School in Sudbury, MA, this structured training ride is part of a progressive series organized through the Charles River Wheelers (crw.org). It's a great opportunity for dedicated cyclists to log serious miles alongside others working toward the same goal.
